Job Summary

MSS Level 1 supports the delivery of cybersecurity awareness services by executing phishing simulations, managing course assignments, delivering awareness workshops, and developing workshop content in alignment with approved awareness plans

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new phishing simulation templates.
• Create and execute phishing campaigns in alignment with the approved awareness plan.
• Report phishing campaign progress and results to the client.
• Ensure all phishing campaign execution requirements are properly configured and validated.
• Assign cybersecurity awareness training content to target users and groups.
• Monitor cybersecurity awareness engagement and performance and recommend awareness plan adjustments accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or SOC operations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, controls, threats, and attack types.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of SIEM solutions
• Clear Communication skills
