Managed Security Awareness Services Lead

Job Summary

The MSS Lead is responsible for leading dPhish’s Awareness Managed Services. The role includes service ownership, project planning and execution oversight, team development, and acting as the primary point of accountability for MSS customer reporting and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the client’s cybersecurity awareness framework.
• Define and manage the client’s cybersecurity awareness plan and roadmap.
• Ensure all awareness requirements are properly implemented and aligned with agreed objectives.
• Guide and oversee the team throughout project execution and service delivery.
• Report on the status, progress, and outcomes of the awareness managed service to the client.
• Continuously monitor emerging phishing techniques, threat actors, and active campaigns to create relevant awareness and simulation.
• Conduct Awareness workshops and events.
• Collaborate with dPhish’s internal teams to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience working in multi-client environments.
• Experience working with customer-facing reporting and executive stakeholders.
• Clear technical and professional communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
