Job Overview:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at dPhish will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services, and helping them achieve their cybersecurity goals. The CSM will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and proactive solutions to enhance their experience with dPhish.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with dPhish’s solutions.
- Onboarding new clients, providing them with the necessary training and resources to effectively use our products.
- Regularly check in with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Support) to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor client usage and engagement with our products, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss their progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention, satisfaction, and overall success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and customer success, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver reports on client status, feedback, and key metrics to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly anti-phishing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and success.
- Experience with project management & Agile tools and other relevant tools.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events as needed.
