Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and partners, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct customer discovery meetings and qualify opportunities.
- Present dPhish solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations for the “Drill” the awareness platform
- Conduct high level technical products demonstration for the “Discover” phishing detection & response engine.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and customer success teams to support customer requirements.
- Support contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to customer success and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven ability to generate and manage leads effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience in the IT field, including familiarity with tools, security solutions, and phishing solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Experience in managing partnerships and handling account management is a plus.
