Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our potential customer base, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers within target industries and markets.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges.
- Qualify opportunities based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Execute outbound campaigns targeting strategic accounts.
- Work closely with Account Managers to transfer qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound leads.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, telemarketing, or business development.
- Experience in the Arab Gulf region
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
