Marketing Manager

Job Summary

dPhish is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth within the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Lead content strategy and oversee the creation of social media content, blogs, newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and improve marketing ROI.
• Supervise and guide the Marketing Specialist and external contractors.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and strengthen the company's market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical, and Design teams to support business objectives.
• Organize and oversee webinars, events, partnerships, and marketing activities.
• Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• +8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Cybersecurity industries.
• Strong experience in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, Lead Generation, and Campaign Management.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Zoho or related certifications are a plus.

Preferred Certifications

• Experience in the Cybersecurity industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
