Senior Channel Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Channel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners across the MENA region, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand dPhish's channel network across existing and new regions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Recruit and onboard new partners across target markets.
• Manage the complete partner lifecycle from onboarding to activation and growth.
• Conduct regular pipeline planning & review meetings with partners.
• Define and monitor partner performance metrics and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute partner improvement plans when required.
• Deliver partner enablement and training programs.
• Assist partners throughout the sales cycle and deal closure process.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
• Organize partner-focused webinars, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Achieve quarterly and annual channel sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B Business.
• Connection network in at least 3 countries in the region
• Proven ability to build and manage partnerships effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience in the IT field, including familiarity with tools, security solutions, and phishing solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency in CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
