Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with modern accounting systems and ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Manage and optimize ERP and accounting systems such as Zoho Books.
• Participate in automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain effective internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Procurement, and Management teams to support organizational objectives.
• Responsible for handling Taxes Management and Insurance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Certifications

• Experience in Technology, SaaS, IT, or Cybersecurity companies.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience with ERP implementation, automation, and financial process optimization.
