Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with strong technical skills and preferably a background in cybersecurity to manage customer relationships and ensure the successful adoption of our solutions. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical consulting, oversee solution implementation, and ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical relationships with customers and ensure their overall satisfaction and success.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable technical solutions.
  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of company solutions for assigned accounts.
  • Provide technical consulting and best-practice guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Engineering, Sales) to deliver seamless service.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate customer issues when necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports on solution performance and propose improvement plans.
  • Deliver product training and communicate new features to customers.
  • Capture customer feedback and relay it to product and engineering teams.
  • Lead Customer Support Team
  • Help the technical team to solve the client’s requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a cybersecurity background (knowledge of threats, security tools, SOC basics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

  • Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, CEH, or similar.
  • Familiarity with security tools such as EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanners, Firewalls, etc.
  • Experience with cloud environments or networking.
